INDIANA NEUROLOGICAL SOCIETY

Mission Statement

The mission of the Indiana Neurological Society is to provide a forum by which its members may exchange information and ideas, as well as address challenges and opportunities germane to the medical specialty of Neurology. These may include, but are not limited to, the following specific activities:

1. Continuing medical education – presentation of new information important to Neurology practice and research;

2. Neurology practice in Indiana – discussion of the practice of Neurology in Indiana, including discussion of and recommendations for practice standards for Neurology;

3. Education of others – education of the public, and other Health Care Professionals, regarding the roles of Neurologists and the practice of Neurology as well as the stimulation of the interest of medical students and others and the furtherance of their education in Neurology;

4. Personal contact – the renewal, initiation, and maintenance of personal contacts among the members.
